Beautiful modern light and airy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment available for sublet for the summer months. Dates flexible. Could be available in June. Large balcony, (we can leave the hammock), exercise facility, wine cellar, underground parking. Large master bathroom is a full bathroom (and modern), as is the second bathroom. Second bedroom has bed that opens to sleep 3. Location is absolutely the best… 10 minute walk to Shuk Machneh Yehuda, same distance to Central Bus Station, right next to Gan Sacher and 5 minutes to the new Cinema City Theater Complex.

All furnishing supplied (dishes, linens), etc. Everything is impeccable. Kitchen is Kosher. There is an air conditioner (a must for the summer) though there is a good airflow also. Washer and dryer and dishwasher are in the apartment.

Possible reduction in rent for the care of our cat, if desired, or she can be moved elsewhere.

We need to visit our children in the States and would like to have our home enjoyed by someone here. This could be your home away from home.
